Chicago, Illinois – Schuler demonstrated a complete BLISS production line at Fabtech 2017 in Chicago.

The new BLISS C1-125 single point gap frame mechanical press features Allen-Bradley controls, a fast-acting hydraulic overload system, Ross valves, Siemens drive motor, Graco lubrication, an OMPI clutch, flywheel brake, and many other standard features.

The standard configuration is capable of 30 to 60 strokes per minute. With the high rigidity steel welded frame, deflection is minimized.

BLISS press models range from 60 to 630 metric tons and are available in single point gap frame, two point gap frame, and straight side design. Spare parts and services are offered by local BLISS Dealers and Schuler.

Live customer demonstrations can be viewed at Schuler facilities in Hastings, Michigan, Canton, Michigan, and Dublin, Georgia.  Stocked presses are available for sale and immediate shipment.
